“ Going out of business November 30th 2024. Very friendly lady running the place for 11 years. The building is an old garage shop and other past things that has now being converted into this hole in the wall restaurant. Down to heart experience, quite rustic. Beware the dripping hole in the ceiling of it's a rainy day! The building owner is different from the lady running the restaurant. So the future use of this place is unknown. The food is simple but made to order and at your full selection of many options. Convenient for a quite stop to grab a bite to go right off the highway. Gas station close by, and there is an indoors bathroom. The pastry is going away quickly, so you might be out of luck later in the afternoon. Good latte. ”
“ There were limited choices to find good food between the rural area of Seattle and Lake Moses. However, Sage is definitely a worthwhile stopping point to grab a bite. The bagels are pretty good, they do their own cream cheese spreads and the sandwiches are very well served. They have a patio ,although dusty, which is seated next to a trailer park. Ultimately, a great option to relax outside especially after a long road trip. It is a 4 star for me given the circumstances around the place. ”
“ Heading to The Gorge we found this lil cafe in the middle of nowhere. So glad they offered gluten free bread for my wife's sandwich. We sat outside it was a nice day and gave us a chance to relax after taking a yoga class at Cave B. ”
“ The perfect pit stop on a road trip. Fresh high quality ingredients that make absolutely delicious and filling sandwiches. I had the jalapeño bagel with pastrami, pepper jack, red onions, spinach and mustard. The pastrami and bagel were both so good I could have eaten each solo. Together the sandwich was simple, yet magical. I cannot forget to mention the service was delightful. They also have a lot of unique merchandise that would make for some thoughtful gifts. ”
“ Such a hidden gem and off the beaten path- we did come a few different times on our trip when they run out of items like bagels its super hard to stop and just get coffee but we did just that round 2 we also heard you might be closing down due to management owner issues hope someone doesnt let this gem go sometimes quick service items are hard to come by at a good price and with a smile they did just that made us smile and filled our tummys with great coffee and treats! ”
“ Had a great bagel sandwich and a delicious chai. Baked goods look good. Just a few tables but turned out that was plenty. Also a nice patio outside, it's in the middle of the parking lot and next to the freeway yet still so charming, nice planter boxes with pretty flowers and plenty of shade. ”
“ This is our favorite stop for delicious healthy food to and from Eastern, WA! They have bagel sandwiches, smoothies and coffee. Also they sell a lot of high quality locally made gifts ”
“ Was looking for a healthy lunch option while on a road trip to visit family. Found this place on Yelp, so decided to try. I ordered a turkey and ham wrap, it was really good. Will definitely come back while taking this drive again. ”
“ Rolling onto the freeway, we stumbled upon this gem for breakfast. Bagel sandwiches were the go-to, nothing to write home about but definitely hit the spot with their fresh fixings. And let's talk about the iced coffee--perfect for beating the dusty heat! If you're cruising through and need a quick bite and a chill brew, this spot's got you covered. ”
